Job Title: Project Coordinator REMOTE WORK: Candidates can be based in Serbia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey. Duration: 3 months - 30hrs a week - Based on the project needs can be extended to 40hrs a week and longer duration. Job Description - Project Coordinator Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator (PC) will work with the internal team and co-ordinate all tasks connected with different multilingual projects. The core responsibility of the PC will be to work along with all internal stakeholders and execute tasks based on the guidance of the manager. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. Role and Responsibilities Work along with the Project Manager to: Understand the client requirement and plan project scope and execution Compile and analyze project results (with support of Project Manager for larger/complex projects) Connect with freelancers and vendors to execute the project by providing details on tasks with clear guidelines Update project details on client trackers, internal tools and support PM with data updates Check delivery from vendors to ensure it meets clients’ expectations Additional tasks as required based on the evolution of this role Qualifications: Recent graduate welcome No specific background in data or localisation required Strong adaptability and ability to learn quickly are the priority Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong written and spoken English is essential Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and/or Slack is a plus Apply To This Job
