For our EMEA Critical Power Solutions Business Unit, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across EMEA within the Data Center space. The role is opened remotely for the following countries: the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Travel rate is up to 25%. Key Responsibilities: Proactively initiates and executes CPS business development actions within large Data Center key accounts across EMEA, targeting profitable growth Establishes a strong framework of cooperation with key account teams and the Data Center sales ecosystem (sales, presales, services, other business units) Drives increased product and application knowledge across the Data Center sales ecosystem through support, training identification, and knowledge sharing Ensures effective product launches across the region Acts as the voice of the customer for product management, supporting new product definition within the NPD ProLaunch process Supports and coaches presales and sales teams in defining optimal product portfolios, value propositions, and positioning Consolidates market insights including competitive landscape, pricing, and trends, and shares with relevant stakeholders Collaborates closely with Power Quality Product Managers and other business units to maintain strong alignment with market and customer needs Owns and manages large key account factory forecasts Identifies and develops new growth opportunities beyond the current business scope Qualifications: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the Data Center industry Solid understanding of electrical equipment requirements in low-voltage applications and Data Centers Basic knowledge of power electronics Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously, with a strong customer-oriented mindset Ability to think and act strategically What we offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (remote, flexible working hours, compressed week, part time etc.) We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
