We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to support clients with travel planning and booking services. In this role, you will assist clients in exploring travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through final booking. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, researching travel options, coordinating and confirming reservations, and maintaining consistent follow-up communication. You will also help ensure accuracy in booking details and provide support throughout the planning process. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable using online systems and digital tools. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
