This role offers flexibility, strong income potential, and a clear path for advancement. This is a 100% remote position. You’ll work with individuals who have already expressed interest in coverage and meet with them virtually to review their options. Daily Responsibilities: You’ll connect with warm leads—no cold calling required. Conduct virtual appointments with clients Educate families on available coverage options Maintain a consistent weekly schedule Participate in training and mentorship Earnings & Advancement: Commission-based compensation structure Typical first-year earnings: $70,000–$125,000+ Leadership and additional income opportunities available Performance-based bonuses and incentives Ideal Candidate: Self-disciplined and goal-oriented Open to feedback and coaching Comfortable communicating with others Interested in long-term development Licensing required; support is available to obtain your Life & Health license.
