Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Video Content Producer to lead the production and promotion of our video and podcast content. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the full content lifecycle—from concept and scheduling through recording, editing, and distribution—while ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with our brand. This role will also coordinate any outsourced editing.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Production Manage end-to-end production of a monthly podcast episode, including scheduling guests, coordinating recordings, and overseeing editing Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of each episode Short-Form Content Creation Edit short-form promotional clips from podcast episodes for digital and social platforms Script, record, and edit short-form promotional videos for: RRR content Magazine features Optimize content for engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Content Planning & Execution Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop video concepts and promotional strategies Maintain and execute against a content calendar Editing & Production Management Perform hands-on video editing as needed Manage outsourced editors where applicable, including briefing, feedback, and quality control Ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in video production and editing Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar Experience producing podcasts (audio and/or video) Strong scripting and storytelling skills for short-form content Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience coordinating freelance or outsourced resources is a plus Key Skills Video editing and post-production Content creation and storytelling Organization and project management Attention to detail Communication and collaboration Understanding of social media content trends About the Rapaport Group: The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets.
