Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Personal Injury Case Manager supporting a fast-paced personal injury practice where your legal expertise and client-centered approach will make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their legal journey. You will collaborate closely with legal teams, manage critical documentation, and proactively follow up on case progress while maintaining high attention to detail. - Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth case management Provide general guidance to clients regarding next steps in their cases Monitor case timelines and ensure timely follow-ups Support both pre-litigation and litigation processes Assist in identifying health insurance coverage details Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and case updates Request medical records, bills, and police reports Answer phone calls and communicate with clients effectively Draft legal documents and case-related correspondence Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working as a case manager
- Experience with US personal injury law is a MUST
- A bachelor's degree in Law is REQUIRED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong legal knowledge in personal injury processes
- High level of attention to detail
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated work style
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow up consistently and ensure case progression

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Expected call volume: Moderate (6-15 calls per day)
