For more information, visit our company’s website at www.nordhealth.com About the role We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive growth and customer engagement for our Therapy Unit in the Norwegian market. The role is fully remote but we're looking for a Norwegian speaker. The initial contract offering is for 6-months! This is a highly operational and market-facing role focused on executing and localising marketing initiatives for Norway, with a strong emphasis on field marketing, customer communication, and local market presence. You will play a key role in ensuring our Norwegian brands: Physica, Psykbase, and Nordhealth Nora, are visible, relevant, and effectively positioned across channels and touchpoints. From webinars and local events to website updates and customer communications, you’ll help make sure our marketing consistently reflects the needs of the Norwegian market. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product, and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining execution, coordination, and local market understanding! 🚀 Your key responsibilities include: Norway is one of our most important markets, with strong brands, a large customer base, and significant growth opportunities, particularly around new business, AI adoption, and deeper customer engagement. In this role, you’ll help ensure we stay close to the market and execute consistently high-quality marketing initiatives that strengthen both acquisition and retention. For that, we need you to: Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for Norway, with a particular focus on webinars, events, partnerships, and other field marketing activities Support the growth and visibility of Physica, Psykbase, and Nora in the Norwegian market through localised campaigns and communications Coordinate webinars and physical events end-to-end, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination Maintain and improve the Norwegian web presence across product pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and local content Ensure clear and effective communication to existing customers and prospects, supporting product launches, feature adoption, migration initiatives, and commercial campaigns Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Support, and Product teams to align messaging and local market priorities Support localisation and adaptation of central marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market Track performance of campaigns and initiatives, helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion What will help you to be successful in this role? Our humble wishlist includes: 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare, or a similar fast-paced environment Strong organisational and execution skills: comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Experience supporting or running events, webinars, or field marketing initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including web, email, and campaign execution Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and central Marketing teams Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently while staying aligned with broader GTM priorities Nice to have Experience in healthcare, therapy, or vertical SaaS Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), webinar tools, CRM systems Experience working with customer communications, lifecycle campaigns, or localisation workflows Understanding of SEO and content optimisation fundamentals What’s in it for you?
