Creative Production Lead

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

At Oviva, we're on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone — and to become Europe's leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. For many, weight loss is a goal, but our work goes much deeper: we help people improve their health, rebuild confidence, and live better lives. We've already supported over one million people across the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland and we're just getting started. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that happen. The Role Oviva is growing fast and our creative production needs to grow with it. As Creative Production Lead, you will be the operational centre of our performance creative studio: the person who turns a constant flow of briefs into high-quality, channel-ready ads, reliably and at volume. You will own the full production process, from resource planning and capacity management through to final asset delivery. You will build structured workflows where ad-hoc processes currently exist, manage a mix of internal creatives and external freelancers, and keep output moving at pace. There is no existing playbook here. You will build it. You understand the difference between brand creative and creative built to drive performance and you have worked in environments where volume, speed, and quality have to coexist. You are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. When you see a disorganised production process, your instinct is to bring structure to it. You will need: Solid experience in creative production, content operations, or marketing project management, including leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing high-volume production with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. A solid understanding and experience in performance marketing principles: paid social logic, creative testing, and how assets fit into the wider performance funnel. Experience building and scaling production processes in a fast-growing environment — you know when to standardise and when to stay flexible. Confidence managing external freelancers and agencies, from briefing through to delivery. Proficiency with project management and creative tools: Jira, Asana, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar. Business-fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English, you will be working across German-market content and collaborating with a multilingual team. Experience in a scale-up or fast-growth environment, this role demands high agility and comfort with change. Bonus points for: Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, fintech) and familiarity with HWG or similar compliance frameworks. Experience building production dashboards and KPI tracking for creative output. Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) or experience with Digital Asset Management systems. Own production planning and capacity management, prioritise the backlog, allocate resources, set timelines, and keep things moving without compromising on quality. Build scalable workflows from the ground up. Document them. Make them repeatable. New freelancers should be able to get up to speed within days, not weeks. Manage and develop our external creative network, briefing freelancers, overseeing deliverables, and maintaining pace and quality across all partners. Maintain rigorous quality control across all outgoing assets, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and implement AI tools and automation into the production workflow, as a practical way to increase output and reduce manual effort. Run weekly sprint cycles in close collaboration with the Creative Strategist, integrating performance data feedback into the creative production process. Report regularly on output volume, production speed, revision rates, and resource utilisation, and use that data to drive continuous improvement. Oversee the production tech stack: Jira, Figma, Canva, Frame.io, and AI tooling. A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact. High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership. A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. Annual learning & development budget. Home working allowance and flexible working hours. Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.) Having a culture that people want to work in, is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do: We put the patient first, We empower our teams, We make it happen Oviva is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees.
