Job Description
Part-Time Pre‑Contract Admin Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fully remote position, offering excellent flexibility and full training. You will play a key role in supporting the Pre‑Contract team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, quantification work, and tender compilation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Pre‑Contract team
- Assist with quantification tasks and tender documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of data quality
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to support smooth workflow
- Manage your workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Essential Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator
- A proactive team player)
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
