To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com Key responsibilities: Support the associates and specialists on their team to be able to independently process payroll Ensure that the Polish Payroll calendar is followed and understand standard and client specific payroll reports Effectively manage and monitor ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools Manage and Identify deviations from the contractually defined standard scope Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback and share business updates as appropriate Experience: English is a must Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred Payroll certifications Experience managing small-medium scale projects Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal skills Self-motivated and a willingness to learn Academic Degree Education and Training High School diploma or equivalent What we offer: interesting, creative work in a dynamic team of professionals possibility to work from home possibility for development within a multinational organization attractive benefits package excellent work atmosphere At Strada, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
