Partner Marketing Manager

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will work on behalf of our client—a leading cloud service provider—to expand and strengthen their partner network. You’ll enable IT resellers and/or software companies to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth. You will serve as a bridge between the client and its partners, you’ll help ensure alignment and measurable results. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult on marketing tactics, manage partner relationships, and provide strategic and operational support. This position combines elements of partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building in a dynamic B2B technology environment. What you'll do Develop, manage, and execute partner marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes across the Israel region Act as the main point of contact for partners, advising on marketing and sales strategies to promote vendor solutions Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive long-term success Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for the execution of marketing activities, both digital and in-person Support partners with MDF processes, including request submissions and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage external agencies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs Coordinate and support events, including planning, on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations Prepare end-of-month reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), highlighting performance, impact, and opportunities Support content localization in Hebrew to ensure quality and local relevance.

Qualifications

English speaker, a second language is a big plus, specially Portuguese, but not essential. Previous experience of 4/5 years working in a Marketing and/or Partner Management role, ideally in the tech sector. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to grow relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. Tech-savvy with an aptitude for process improvement. Operational ability and willingness to drive efficiency and innovation. Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner Experience of planning and managing marketing plans and campaigns; both online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives). Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (Smartsheet or PowerBI will be a plus) with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner. Passion for technology and keeping up with marketing trends. Key Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
