Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Knowledge Management task management Work within a queue of Knowledge Management tasks including: Opportunity pipeline and reporting updates Maintenance and updating of the RFP Automation suite including: Library updating (item initial reviews, curator management and chasing, health reporting) Role, team and user management including issuing of standard job aids and enablement material Project updates including stage updates and knowledge recycling (along with Proposal Coordination) To manage and update Bid Team templates (Word, PPT and other) to ensure they are up to date and in-line with Strada standards To identify Knowledge items in the wider Strada infrastructure, and to work with Proposal Management to turn them into winning copy for use across Strada. Mentoring, leadership and management (senior only) To mentor junior team members (or oversee mentoring) to ensure that support is available as needed. To embed a culture of professional development within the team, aligned with Global Bid Team and market best practice standards To support the Manager of Proposal Operations in setting clear, achievable and challenging goals within the bid and opportunity operations function. Budget, reporting and improvement To support regular reporting on key effectiveness items including Win:Loss rates and reasons, deal velocity, compliance metrics, volume metrics, attainment to annual goals, revenue and potentials for improvement within the process. To support development and delivery of training, both inside the Global Bid Management team and out to external stakeholders To develop a culture of knowledge recycling, embedding Win:Loss, competitive and landscape information into both the pre- and post-bid processes. To maintain a process library describing core bid and opportunity process documentation. To take part in the wider Sales Operations and Strada business improvement catalogue as needed. Stakeholder management To maintain a portfolio of stakeholder engagement channels to ensure that knowledge content is effectively identified and ingested, and that Proposal Projects are identified and enabled efficiently.
