Desktop Publication Specialist/Graphic Artist

Advanced Technologies & Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL) is hiring a Desktop Publication Specialist/Graphic Artist for our NIOSH contract. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Develop and design new communication products, including ones that target specific groups of firefighters, including ads, social media content, presentations, posters, fact sheets, tip sheets, palm cards, email blasts, exhibit booth materials, giveaways with NFR QR codes, etc. Skilled in widely available graphics design software and apps, suitable for producing print and eproducts Contribute intellectually to the NFR comprehensive communications campaign to specifically target groups of firefighters under-represented in the NFR Note: the NFR Program will monitor participation rates by demographics and type of firefighter to determine where communication and design efforts should be focused Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree and three years of experience Required Technical/Business Tools Experience MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Communication tools (Teams, SharePoint) Company Benefits PSI offers full-time, benefits eligible employees a competitive total compensation package that includes paid leave, and options for employer sponsored group medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D coverage, legal services, identity theft, and accident insurance.
