Overview

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage financial records for an established business transitioning into a new venture. This role will handle bookkeeping tasks and provide light administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks Record transactions, deposits, transfers, and journal entries Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Generate basic financial reports Assist with light administrative tasks Maintain organized financial documentation

Requirements

Proven bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Proficient in Excel and Word High attention to detail and reliability Able to handle confidential financial information Schedule Part-time: 80 hours per month (~20 hrs/week) Flexible weekly hours as long as 80 hours/month is met Must have overlap with CST time zone for collaboration Looking for someone consistent and dependable for a long-term role Anywhere Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
