What You'll Do

Deliver AMD brand & product training and promotional materials to commercial sales partner environments (Distribution partner locations, NSP partner locations, Channel or OEM call centers, sales conferences, vendor fairs, etc.). Manage and conduct face to face group training events, floor days, café days, and virtual training events when applicable. Assemble intel and insights on AMD and top competitors Mentor and coach commercial sales partners on AMD brand and product features/benefits in comparison to competitors. Report on all training activities daily, inclusive of KPIs and metrics. Build/maintain solid relationships with commercial partners and provide support to build brand loyalty. 50% overnight travel required including international travel Other duties as assigned by management What You'll Bring Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relative experience 3+ years of sales background in technology or consumer electronics 3+ years of training experience and presenting in a group and virtual setting Experience in “ingredient manufacturer” value prop Experience working for/with OEM/VAR and/or NSP in similar capacity Skills and Attributes: Well versed in Commercial IT Vertical Proven sales background in consumer electronics, technology brands or devices Strong presentation and training skills in a group and virtual setting Ability to tailor sales training to commercial sales partner Goal orientated and results driven Relationship builder and thrives on interaction with partners Self-motivated and Professional demeanor Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point applications Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
