About the Role
We are hiring a Sr. Revenue Accountant to enable Rula’s Revenue Accounting team through accounting excellence, technological innovation, and improved revenue accounting processes. This person will be responsible for key parts of the monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance. You will apply your knowledge of revenue accounting to help ensure proper revenue recognition and partner cross-functionally to support scalable revenue operations. You’ll be joining a collaborative, detail-oriented team that values ownership and continuous improvement. This role is a great opportunity to build deep expertise while helping shape scalable processes that make a lasting impact and help support Rula’s mission to make mental healthcare accessible for everyone. Required Qualifications 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct experience with revenue accounting under ASC 606 Strong knowledge of GAAP A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting month-end close processes Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Expertise working cross functionally (eg. Finance, Billing or Operations teams) utilizing strong communication skills to resolve data or process issues
