More information is available at https://www.crisis24.com/careers Crisis24 is seeking an experienced Investigator to conduct comprehensive background screenings. This is a full-time remote position must be able to obtain a New Hampshire Private Investigator license. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth investigations in accordance with applicable State and Federal law as well as company policy
- Utilize a variety of investigative databases and search techniques to locate, collect and verify information
- Conduct reference interviews, analyze credit, confirm employment history, professional licensing, education, and perform open-source investigations
- Organize and maintain logs, files, forms and reports
- Maintain a cooperative approach and work collaboratively with company Recruitment, Human Resources, Executive, and Operations teams
- Monitor and adhere to internal operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures
- Prepare and format well written, easily comprehensible reports
Essential Skills/Competencies: Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant experience is required
- Must be well versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies
- Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems
- Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
- Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to detail, tenacity and the ability to think analytically
- Strong organizational skills
