As an Associate Agent, you will work virtually from your home office, reviewing Proof of Identity (POI) documentation, and real-time images, assessing legitimacy, and accurately entering data into our systems. You will work to varying service level agreements (SLAs) with strict timeframes, so we are looking for individuals who are focused, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. \n What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities): Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy Quality-assess images captured by the customer Assess whether the document is authentic/fraudulent Check the accuracy of information already in the system Extract document data and input into the system Classify document types Identify key document security features Who You Are (Soft Skills & Attributes): A collaborative, detail-oriented individual Continuous learner who values a new challenge Effective communicator Highly focused, with exceptional attention to detail Calm and composed under pressure Committed to ongoing personal and professional development Punctual, reliable, and highly conscientious What Do You Need (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Strong IT literacy Strong accurate typing abilities Able to work towards targets and performance metrics Comfortable adapting to frequent procedural updates Clean criminal record (DBS check) and clean credit record (e.g.no CCJ or bankruptcy) Eligible to work in the Netherlands Three references (employment or academic) What Would be Nice (Preferred Skills & Experience): Previous office experience in administration or data entry An understanding of GDPR Criminology background Working knowledge of the KYC industry Working Schedule: Dependent on shift pattern Some weekend, evening and bank holiday availability required 8-hour rotating shifts; flexibility across early, afternoon, and late shifts essential \n€12 - €15 an hour We are proud to offer competitive salary ranges aligned to industry standards. Please note that our ranges are representative and individual compensation specifics may vary based upon experience level, professional competencies and geographic differentials.
