Hybrid Entry Level - Mortgage Closer

Description Support the closing of mortgage and equity loans by preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties, and ensuring everything is accurate and compliant with federal regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review closing packages for mortgage and equity loans Coordinate closings with members, agents, attorneys, and realtors Ensure all loan conditions, documentation, and approvals are complete Review titles, insurance, and property documents for accuracy Calculate and process loan funding and payoffs Maintain communication throughout the closing process Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal guidelines Finalize and submit files for post-closing Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.88 - $19.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
