Polish Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Portugal)

You will help people who use popular, well-designed tech products and apps. In this job, you do more than just answer questions—you represent the brand. Whether a customer needs help getting into their account, connecting their devices, or using a new app, you will calmly and friendly guide them to a fix.
What You Will Do
Answer Questions: Take incoming phone calls and chats from Polish-speaking customers in a polite and helpful way. Fix Tech Issues: Find and solve problems with device connections, software updates, and cloud services. Handle Accounts Safely: Help customers with private data, password changes, and subscriptions while keeping their information secure. Teach Customers: Patiently explain how to use products in simple terms that anyone can understand. Keep Records: Type notes about every customer chat into our global system. Who We Are Looking For Language Skills: You must speak native or near-native Polish. You also need to speak good English to handle training and use our work tools. Flexibility: You are okay with fast changes to software and rules. Good Communication: You love helping people and can explain tricky tech problems in simple words. Tech Skills: You like electronics and want to learn how our operating systems work. Experience: Background in customer service is nice to have, but a good attitude and quick learning matter most. We will train you! Job Requirements Location: You must already live legally in Portugal and have your local tax, social security, and residency papers. Home Office: You need a quiet, private room to work in and fast, reliable fiber internet. Hours: You must be able to work changing shifts, which will sometimes include weekends.
