Job Description
Wiser is currently seeking a valuable addition to our Data Operations Specialist Team. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive and engaging attitude. In this role, your daily responsibilities will play a pivotal role in assisting our Fortune 500 clients in making transformative decisions! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Thoroughly assess data to maintain the highest quality standards for our clients. Proactively notify the Operations Team of any user confusion or potential data anomalies that may raise red flags. Conduct post-campaign data reviews diligently to validate and address any data outliers. Familiarize yourself with internal process flows and departmental procedures. Act as a vigilant quality control point, ensuring data accuracy and serving as a crucial departmental check and balance. Maintain regular communication with our users to address their inquiries and ensure their satisfaction. Play a pivotal role in providing valuable input for the development of future Data Quality tools. Demonstrate critical thinking skills and unwavering attention to detail.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement includes a graduate degree in a professional setting. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. Possess outstanding project management skills and an unwavering commitment to attention to detail. Demonstrated reliability and flexibility, including the ability to work weekends when necessary. Maintain a steadfast dedication to upholding high standards of excellence and quality. Exhibit the capability to work productively both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively within a team.
