Funding Representative - contract

The company’s offerings include Retail Leasing, Retail Financing, Commercial Financing for new and used vehicles, and End-of-Term vehicle disposition. Brief Role Description The Funding Representative-New Business is responsible for handling all Funding Packages received electronically and via mail. Ensure documentation related to lease and retail contracts is accurate and complete before it can be processed in the system of record. Position level: 2 Reports: Funding Supervisor Role classification: Fully Remote Possible Tasks within this Role Validate all documentation received (electronic, paper) following the General procedures to ensure files are complete and ready for funding (payment).

• Check in the contracts and enter all data of documentation received by mail
• Validate signature and verify information on original documentation received for electronic contracts.
• Open and sort received mail

Qualification requirements Formal education

• College diploma required (DCS/DEC)

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or automotive finance industry.

Competencies

• Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
• Attention to detail

Work schedule

• Rotation schedules (Monday to Friday between 8AM and 6PM, Saturday between 9:30AM to 5:30PM)
• The individual should be available to work 1 to 3 days a week until 6pm and 1 to 2 Saturdays per month.

Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary for this role is $22.
