The company works with a diverse client base across the United States, with a strong focus on the Spanish-speaking market in Florida. They are currently investing in automation systems, bilingual support, and scalable sales operations to create a seamless customer experience while continuing to grow their client portfolio.
About the Role
The client is seeking a driven and bilingual Sales & Lead Management Specialist to support lead nurturing, appointment setting, and sales closing efforts. This person will be responsible for managing inbound and aged leads, following up with prospects who did not book calls or missed appointments, and helping convert leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate has experience in sales environments, is comfortable handling objections, understands relationship-based selling, and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish while using GoHighLevel (GHL) as their primary CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow Up & Appointment Setting Reach out to inbound and aged leads who did not book a consultation Follow up with no-show leads and re-engage potential clients Schedule qualified appointments on the client’s calendar Maintain consistent communication with prospects through calls, texts, and CRM workflows Sales & Closing Build trust with prospects through consultative conversations Explain the client’s credit repair and funding services clearly and professionally Handle objections confidently and nurture hesitant leads Close qualified prospects and guide them through the enrollment process CRM & Administrative Support Manage and update lead information inside GoHighLevel (GHL) Keep notes, statuses, and follow-up activities organized and accurate Support workflow organization and ensure leads are properly tracked Assist with maintaining smooth communication processes across the sales pipeline Client Experience & Communication Deliver professional phone etiquette and strong customer service Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with clients from different backgrounds Represent the client’s brand positively and professionally at all times Create a welcoming and trustworthy experience for every prospect Qualifications & Skills Must Have 3+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing, or closing roles Previous hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Experience working with CRMs and managing lead pipelines Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients Preferred Experience in credit repair, business funding, real estate, or financial services industries Familiarity with phone systems such as GoTo or similar platforms Experience working with high-volume lead follow-up processes Understanding of consultative or relationship-driven sales environments Personality Traits Positive and energetic attitude Highly driven and competitive mindset Resilient and comfortable handling rejection Organized and self-motivated Trustworthy and professional communicator Adaptable and eager to grow within a fast-paced business environment Apply To This Job
