We are seeking a Business Analyst to join an established Demand Management Managed Service engagement at one of our clients. This role sits at the operational core of the demand lifecycle — tracking, documenting, and coordinating requests from intake through closure while enabling smooth delivery across the client's technology organization. The BA works closely with Demand Managers and Associate Demand Managers and serves as a detail-oriented execution partner across stakeholder and service owner teams. Location: 100% Remote. Able to work effectively in Central Standard Time hours. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manage intake requests across systems of record (SharePoint, ServiceNow SIM) from initiation through closure, ensuring data accuracy and consistent tool usage. Act as a detail-oriented liaison supporting the definition of demand scope and managing interactions with customers and service owners. Maintain planning logs, demand requirements documentation, action item tracking, and approval records Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate to Demand Managers per defined protocols Facilitate weekly demand review calls and support operational activities, including cost center setup and tool transitions (e.g., SharePoint to ServiceNow SIM) Support automation initiatives and contribute to annual planning cycles as the demand management capability continues to mature. Must-Have Qualifications: 2–4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, operations coordinator, or demand/project support role. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SIM module preferred) and SharePoint. Strong documentation skills — able to produce clear requirements docs, action logs, and status reports. Experience facilitating recurring stakeholder meetings and managing follow-ups. Comfortable working within a structured, governance-driven service delivery environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences. Nice-to-Have: Exposure to demand management, IT portfolio management, or ITSM environments. Experience supporting a managed services engagement or working within a large enterprise (financial services or insurance industry a plus).
