As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advisor who bridges the gap between cutting‑edge technology and real‑world business outcomes. Location & Working Model

We are seeking candidates based in Seoul who thrive in a hybrid working environment—combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of in‑person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary technology advisor for your portfolio, delivering best‑practice guidance, running enablement sessions, and recommending product features that accelerate time‑to‑value.
  • Customer Advocacy: Collect feedback, surface roadblocks, and translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product, Professional Services, and Leadership teams.
  • Product Influence: Act as the conduit between customers and arenaflex’s engineering teams, helping shape the roadmap by sharing real‑world use cases and market trends.
  • Issue Resolution & De‑Escalation: Lead the resolution of critical incidents, from outage management to custom solution design, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Account Planning & Growth: Develop multi‑quarter account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and execute strategies that mitigate risk and drive revenue growth.
  • Executive Business Reviews: Conduct in‑person and virtual C‑suite briefings, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and co‑creating success plans.
  • Program Development: Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success organization by designing processes, creating enablement content, and mentoring peers.
  • Data Capture & Reporting: Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM and success platforms, providing accurate forecasts of churn, expansion, and health metrics.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members, and champion a culture of continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similarly customer‑centric role.
  • Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of customers, acting as an extension of their internal teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a curiosity to learn complex data‑platform concepts; prior exposure to databases, cloud, or infrastructure technologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, own a portfolio, and make decisive calls on escalations, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new processes or programs in fast‑growing environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a track record of working closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to influence senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with multi‑cloud database platforms, especially in environments that span arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools such as arenaflex and arenaflex.
  • Experience delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, or training programs to large audiences.
  • Data‑driven mindset: ability to interpret usage metrics, health scores, and adoption trends to proactively drive outcomes.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, enabling effective communication with both local and global stakeholders.
