The Role: Customer Support Coordinator (CSC)

As a CSC, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and prospective customers, delivering timely assistance through live chat and email while navigating our ticketing system (arenaflex).

This role blends efficiency, empathy, and clarity. You will help end‑users find answers quickly, keep our support operations running smoothly, and uphold the high standards of care that define arenaflex. Your Impact

  • Support customers with confidence: Respond to live‑chat and email inquiries, following predefined workflows to deliver fast, accurate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and problem‑solve: Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps, helping them regain access to the platform without delay.
  • Know when to escalate: Identify complex issues that require deeper investigation and seamlessly pass them to the appropriate specialist team.
  • Keep things moving: Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.
  • Stay adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic environment, quickly adjusting to new processes, product updates, and scaling initiatives as arenaflex grows.

12‑18 Month Deliverables

First 90 Days: You will become fluent in arenaflex’s support workflows, ticketing system, and troubleshooting guides. By the end of this period you will confidently handle live‑chat and email inquiries, recognize when to involve senior teams, and contribute actionable feedback to improve internal knowledge bases.

Months 3‑12: You will continue delivering efficient, high‑quality support while adapting to platform enhancements, new workflows, and emerging technologies. Your insights will help streamline ticketing processes, improve escalation pathways, and maintain rapid response times as arenaflex scales to serve more users.

Months 12‑18: You will take a proactive role in mentoring newer team members, championing best‑practice documentation, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence feature improvements based on real‑world support data.

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for turning technical jargon into plain language.
  • Customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality, call‑center, or any role that required direct interaction with people.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning multiple systems quickly; prior exposure to ticketing or live‑chat platforms (arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex) is a plus but not required.
  • A natural problem‑solver who can break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor; able to handle challenging interactions with empathy and efficiency.
  • Healthcare background is not required – the focus is on platform support, not medical advice.

Job Details

  • Job type: Full‑time (40‑44 hours per week)
  • Location: Fully remote within Canada. All work must be performed while physically located in Canada.
  • Support hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Shift requirements: Synchronous shift‑based role. Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Paid time off: Two weeks of vacation.
  • Start date: September 2025
