Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our Administrative team on a part‑time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining critical data related to product listings, order processing, and customer interactions for the arenaflex Store (formerly known as the Amazon Store). Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain, the accuracy of our inventory records, and the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input large volumes of product, order, and customer data into arenaxflex’s proprietary database and third‑party platforms.
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of entered data by cross‑checking against source documents, invoices, and shipment records.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and customer information in accordance with arenaflex’s data‑security policies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, reconcile daily cash flows, and prepare bank deposits as required.
  • Generate and distribute monthly bookkeeping reports, manage payment plans, and assist with check printing and issuance.
  • Log and track all communications, including telephone messages, email inquiries, and case updates, ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Perform virtual receptionist duties by greeting virtual visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate department, and providing clear, courteous information.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, process incoming correspondence, and maintain an organized digital filing system.
  • Monitor office supply inventories, place orders for needed materials, and ensure a well‑stocked virtual workspace.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread technical documents, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, formatting, and adherence to arenaflex’s style guide.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a data entry, clerical, or secretarial role, preferably within a high‑volume e‑commerce or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, professional correspondence.
  • US or Canada residency, with reliable high‑speed internet access and a suitable home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Experience using e‑commerce platforms, inventory management systems, or ERP software.
  • Familiarity with Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or a willingness to undergo training.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.

Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full‑time employment. Employees may select from a range of plan options, with contributions varying based on coverage level and dependents.
