About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them through adoption, expansion, and long‑term success on our AI‑driven supply chain platform. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers achieve their strategic objectives while uncovering new opportunities to deepen the arenaflex relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end customer journey: Drive adoption, increase usage, and ensure retention and satisfaction for each assigned account.
  • Strategic advisory: Establish yourself as a strategic partner, helping customers translate business goals into measurable outcomes using arenaflex’s platform.
  • Advocacy development: Nurture customers to become brand advocates, contributing case studies, testimonials, and references.
  • Goal setting & KPI alignment: Work with customers to define critical performance indicators and support them in achieving those targets.
  • Quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Lead EBRs with senior customer stakeholders to review progress, discuss insights, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify white‑space opportunities: Proactively surface upsell and cross‑sell possibilities, collaborating with Sales to expand arenaflex’s footprint.
  • Cross‑functional advocacy: Represent customer needs across Product, Engineering, and Support to drive product enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Escalation management: Own and resolve any account escalations, ensuring swift, transparent communication and resolution.
  • Data‑driven insights: Leverage platform analytics to provide actionable recommendations that optimize supply chain performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and expansion for complex, high‑value SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high‑stakes accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑growing, dynamic organization where change is the norm.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, focused on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus.
