Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at arenaflex, you will be the technical champion for our U.S. customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and long‑term success. You will translate complex security concepts into actionable solutions, ensuring that each customer realizes the full business value of the arenaflex platform. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that blends technical depth with strategic advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Excellence: Design and execute seamless implementation plans that accelerate time‑to‑value for new customers.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership, best‑practice guidance, and roadmap recommendations aligned with each customer’s business objectives.
- Adoption & Expansion: Drive platform adoption across the customer’s ecosystem, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell while ensuring a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical customer‑facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or Professional Services.
- Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux environments—must be able to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize containerized workloads.
- Proven experience working with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and the ability to navigate multi‑cloud architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to blend a sales‑oriented mindset with deep technical knowledge, driving both adoption and revenue growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), and configuration‑management solutions (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Experience in the cybersecurity or DevOps domains, particularly around identity and access management.
- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Identity Management (IDM) and Identity Providers (Okta, Ping, etc.)
- Certificate Management (CMS) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Encryption Key Management Systems (KMS) and Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero‑Trust Access (ZTA)
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and develop custom integrations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or security‑focused credentials) are a plus.
