As the Senior Manager – Customer Analytics you will be the analytical engine behind arenaflex’s customer‑centric strategy. You will partner with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to translate raw data into actionable insights that improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: Dive deep into customer usage, performance, and product data. Identify trends, explain variances, and develop forward‑looking forecasts that inform product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Data‑Driven Initiative Leadership: Own end‑to‑end analytical projects that enhance partner growth and profitability. Translate insights into concrete recommendations for fraud detection, credit optimization, and authentication workflows.
- Dashboard & Reporting Excellence: Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and executive‑level reports that track customer health, usage patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product teams to gather requirements, align on priorities, and deliver data‑centric solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership at arenaflex and to senior client stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives that drive decision‑making.
- Executive Business Review Support: Partner with Customer Success to develop executive business review decks that showcase value, highlight opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data pipelines, improve data quality, and enhance the overall customer experience through analytics‑driven insights.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, preferably within a customer‑facing role in the fintech or digital banking space.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, uncover hidden patterns, and translate them into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting technical findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
