Key Responsibilities
- Data‑Driven Retention Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze large data sets from policy administration, claims, and CRM systems to identify churn drivers and retention opportunities.
- Monthly Retention Reporting: Produce and present comprehensive retention dashboards and executive‑level reports that highlight trends, forecast renewal rates, and recommend corrective actions.
- Product Development & Innovation: Partner with product managers, underwriters, and technology teams to design, prototype, and launch new or enhanced insurance products that address identified retention gaps.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into clear product strategies, prioritizing initiatives that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

- Solid understanding of property and casualty insurance fundamentals – product composition, coverage options, rating methodology, and underwriting philosophy.
