Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input new real‑estate transactions, client profiles, property details, and ancillary data into arenaflex’s central database, ensuring every record reflects the latest information.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of entered data, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors to maintain a 99.9% data accuracy rate.
  • Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work closely with agents, brokers, and administrative staff to resolve data discrepancies, answer queries, and streamline information flow.
  • Reporting & Presentation Support: Assist in generating internal reports, market analyses, and presentation decks by extracting and formatting data from the system.
  • Document Management: Perform secretarial duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing electronic documents to support the broader operations team.
  • Data Security & Compliance: Follow arenaflex’s data protection policies, ensuring that confidential client information is stored, accessed, and transmitted securely.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data entry workflows, templates, and validation rules to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Essential Qualifications
