Why This Role Matters

This is a client‑facing Product Analytics role embedded within our Customer Success organization. While prior Customer Success experience is a plus, it is not required—we will equip you with comprehensive training on our proven Customer Success playbooks. The role demands fluency in business Spanish and a strong technical foundation, allowing you to serve as a strategic advisor to our LATAM enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to define strategy, set measurable goals, and execute plans that move critical product metrics.
  • Advise senior stakeholders—including Chief Product Officers, VPs of Product, and Heads of Analytics—on leveraging arenaflex to inform product roadmaps, experimentation, and decision‑making.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and deep‑dive analytics sessions that showcase impact, surface new growth opportunities, and reinforce the value of data‑driven product development.
  • Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Services teams to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives.
  • Develop and codify best‑practice playbooks that enable customers to scale evidence‑based product development across their organizations.
  • Travel up to 5‑10 days per month to meet customers on‑site, conduct workshops, and deepen relationships in key LATAM markets.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital‑first environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with product analytics tools (arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, etc.) to guide strategy and decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive core product metrics—activation, retention, conversion—through analytics‑driven prioritization and rapid experimentation.
  • Track record of delivering measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI hierarchy and rigorously instrumenting impact.
  • Fluent business Spanish (required).
  • Strong technical acumen (required): comfortable discussing product analytics concepts (events, properties, cohorts), basic experimentation, and practical implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex analysis into concise, executive‑level recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models and their practical product use cases; ability to define success metrics for AI‑driven features.
  • Awareness of data privacy, responsible AI practices, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience experimenting with model APIs and integrating AI insights into product workflows.
  • Previous experience working with LATAM enterprise customers, understanding cultural nuances and market dynamics.
