You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our Service Autopilot business management tool. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Provide product information and training to customers to help them get the most out of our Service Autopilot tool
- Identify and report any product defects or issues to our development team
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer satisfaction goals Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
- Reliable internet connectivity and a laptop, phone, or tablet Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online setting
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
- Experience with Service Autopilot or similar business management tools
