Program Coordinator
We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator to support a global managed services program. This role will work closely with Procurement, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to support the coordination, transformation, and ongoing management of contingent workforce processes across multiple regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling program delivery through data analysis, process standardization, stakeholder engagement, and systems support.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Coordination
- Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives involving contingent workforce management
- Coordinate multiple project workstreams, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
- Assist with governance, reporting, and PMO-related activities
- Contribute to workforce program transitions, including operational handovers and integration efforts
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather and consolidate data from regional teams regarding contingent workforce practices
- Analyze datasets to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Cleanse and validate data within systems of record (e.g., HRIS platforms)
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making
Process Documentation & Standardization
- Document current-state processes across regions
- Support the design of future-state workflows and operating models
- Develop andmaintainstandardized documentation, including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process guides and templates
- Supplier frameworks and rate cards
- Promote consistency and alignment with global workforce policies
Systems & Migration Support
- Assist with workforce data migration into workforce management and HR systems
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness during system transitions
- Support system adoption and maintain data integrity following implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Procurement, HR, and Talent teams
- Support communication across global teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate workshops, data collection sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Help drive adoption of new processes and tools
Transition & Operational Support
- Assist with operational transition activities, ensuring continuity and accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during transition periods
- Support handover processes and data transfer activities
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of contingent workforce programs
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into program enhancements
Key Skills & Experience Essential
- Experience in Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, or related functions
- Strong data analysis and validation skills (advanced Excel proficiency)
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, and standardization
- Project coordination or PMO support experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms)
Desirable
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Understanding of contingent workforce models (e.g., staff augmentation, SOW)
- Exposure to system migrations or transformation programs
- Experience working within global or multi-region environments
