We are now looking for an Internal Audit Manager EMEA - Automotive Business Join our Global Risk & Assurance team and be part of strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across SKF Automotive. As Internal Audit Manager, you’ll lead audit projects that influence key decisions while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Lead and perform operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Support the development of audit methodology and tools.
• Coordinate with external auditors and other assurance providers.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the Audit & Sustainability Committee.

We expect you to have

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Several years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial control.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.
• Experience with digitalized audit tools and data analytics techniques.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

You might also have:

• Additional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent.
• Experience from a consulting or advisory environment (e.g., audit firm or multinational company).

We can also consider candidates based in Tudela (Spain), Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire (France), or Gothenburg (Sweden). We offer a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home a few days per week while spending the remaining days at the office. As employment is offered on a local contract, you must live within commuting distance of the relevant SKF Automotive site and be able to be on-site several days per week.
