Our client, a prominent online fashion retailer, is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Merchandising Manager to lead their digital merchandising efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to our success from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for curating and optimizing the online product assortment, ensuring a compelling and user-friendly shopping experience that drives sales and customer engagement. This role requires a keen eye for fashion trends, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets. Manage the online product catalog, including product setup, categorization, and visual merchandising. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, buying, and creative teams to ensure cohesive product presentation and effective promotional execution. Optimize product pages for conversion, including compelling descriptions, high-quality imagery, and customer reviews. Manage inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Conduct A/B testing on various merchandising elements to improve user experience and conversion rates. Monitor competitor activities and identify best practices in online merchandising. Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry. Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic). Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and merchandising tools. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with data analysis. Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and the retail landscape. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, essential for a remote-first environment.
