This senior leadership role is vital for originating, executing, and managing complex M&A transactions for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for leading deal teams, developing client relationships, and providing strategic financial advisory services. Key duties include identifying potential M&A opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, structuring transactions, and negotiating terms. You will prepare comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations. A deep understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A deal processes is mandatory. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and client management skills are paramount. Proven experience in originating and closing M&A deals is essential. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and develop junior bankers are required.
