Designer - Events

Our retail and manufacturing client is seeking a Designer with extensive experience in event and experiential collateral design. This position is fully remote and will be project-based. The client currently needs a Designer to concept and design collateral for their upcoming Fall trade shows and conferences. The client is estimating 10 hours per week throughout the summer, and has flexible working hours as long as the deadlines are met. There's a high likelihood that additional/ongoing event collateral design support will be needed. Duties:

• Concept and design event collateral, including design signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, digital screens, etc
• Translate the brand guidelines into immersive and engaging onsite collateral
• Prepare files for production and ensure appropriate specs are communicated to key stakeholders
• Create digital collateral, including Cvent landing pages
• Ensure all design meets sponsors brand standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience designing collateral for events, including environmental graphics, wayfinding, etc
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CC
• Experience designing within Cvent is a plus
• Must have your own workstation and Adobe license
