Founding Sales Partner & Co-Founder / Growth Lead (Remote) Company: CyberSlayer (cyberslayer.tech) Role: Founding Partner / Co-Founder & Growth Lead Commitment: Part-Time Fully Remote Compensation: 60/40 Co-Founder Equity Split + 50/50 Net Profit Share The Mission At CyberSlayer, we are attacking a massive, undefended blind spot in the market: Google Workspace security for non-profits and schools. Due to recent strict email compliance updates from Google and Yahoo, thousands of charitable organizations and educational institutions are seeing their critical donor outreach, volunteer coordinates, and daily emails drop directly into spam filters. Worse, their unconfigured DNS records leave them completely vulnerable to domain spoofing, phishing, and ransomware. CyberSlayer provides automated 12-scanner audits, high-impact one-time security fixes, and low-friction continuous monitoring subscriptions to safeguard their infrastructure. We have the data—we already hold pre-scanned databases of thousands of confirmed, highly vulnerable targets. We need a partner to build the automated engine that converts them. ️ Role Description (What You Will Actually Do) This is a Zero-to-One Growth Engineering role. You will own your week completely, focusing entirely on building an automated outbound acquisition pipeline on your own schedule.

  • Architect the Stack: You will configure our CRM (HubSpot), set up cold outbound infrastructure (Smartlead/Instantly), and deploy secondary domains safely to guarantee primary inbox deliverability.
  • Programmatic Enrichment: You will take our raw target domain data and use modern growth tools (Clay, Apollo, AI scraping) to enrich leads, locate Executive Directors/CEOs, and pull specific public DNS vulnerabilities dynamically into email sequences.
  • The "Trojan Horse" Sprint: You will deploy hyper-personalized email sequences using our Free Audit tool and a "One-Time Security Fix" as high-conversion friction removers, moving prospects rapidly from cold outreach to a 15-minute closing call.
  • Write the Playbook: You will document your workflows, scripts, and converting sequences so that as we scale, we can hand off the operational grind to junior SDRs.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • The Growth Mindset: You likely have a full-time daytime job in SaaS sales, growth marketing, or RevOps, but you want skin in the game. You want to build a business from scratch and own a massive piece of it.
  • Technical Outbound Literacy: You know that brute-force cold calling is dead. You understand domain warming, DMARC/SPF technicalities, list cleaning, and how to use data variables to make a cold email feel completely bespoke.
  • Consultative Closers: You can look at a technical "failing DNS score" and translate it into an urgent business threat (loss of donor trust, insurance non-compliance) that forces an Executive Director to pull out a credit card on a 15-minute call.
  • Extreme Autonomy: There are no corporate managers, no vanity KPI tracking, and no hand-holding. You track your own inputs, look at your conversion metrics, and adjust your tactics independently.

What's In It For You (The Partner Package) We want a true partner, not an employee. To back that up, we are offering an industry-defining compensation structure:

  • 60/40 Equity Split: You will enter as an official Co-Founder, vesting into 40% equity ownership of the company as we hit operational milestones. You will have a direct hand in shaping the business model, pricing upgrades, and national expansion.
  • 50/50 Net Revenue Share: To ensure immediate cash flow for your efforts, you will receive 50% of the net revenue on every transaction you close (including the one-time security fixes and the ongoing monthly/annual SaaS subscriptions) from day one.
  • A Loaded Weapon: You aren't being asked to guess who to sell to. We provide the technical product, the free tool, and a pre-scanned database of thousands of high-intent, highly vulnerable targets ready to go.
