About The Role We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing our company's web pages, programs, and applications. Your primary goal will be to translate business needs into functional, user-friendly websites and software solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about software development, capable of writing clean, efficient code, and ensuring that programs run smoothly across different environments. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with developers, engineers, and web designers to deliver high-quality products. You will also be involved in maintaining existing systems, debugging issues, and implementing new features to improve performance and user experience. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve nonprofit clients better, making a meaningful difference in the nonprofit sector through innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development or programming roles
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Experience developing web applications using frameworks such as Flask or Django
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of web security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with version control systems such as Git

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully functional, clean, and testable web applications and programs
• Design intuitive user interfaces and web layouts following best practices in HTML and CSS
• Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Upgrade and repair existing software components and integrate back-end data sources
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation to support end-users and team members
• Analyze application performance metrics and recommend improvements or new features
