The Role: Customer Advocate Representative

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the internal champion for customers, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to reduce friction and enhance the overall experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as support, sales, or account management, with a demonstrated passion for helping people and guiding conversations.
  • Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages in live‑chat and email formats.
  • Track record of top‑tier performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a fast‑moving environment.
