The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and personable Part‑Time Customer Service Representative to become the front‑line voice of arenaflex. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and educate customers about our product line—all while embodying the brand’s energetic and supportive spirit. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and ticket‑based inquiries with professionalism and speed.
  • Identify and assess each customer’s needs, providing tailored recommendations that drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build sustainable, trust‑based relationships through clear, empathetic, and proactive communication.
  • Resolve complaints, coordinate refunds, reshipments, and product exchanges, and follow up to confirm successful resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in our help‑desk system.
  • Proactively engage customers with product tips, usage guides, and promotional information to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to relay customer feedback and improve overall service.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on arenaflex product offerings, ingredient benefits, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, knowledge‑base articles, and self‑service resources.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in a customer‑service or client‑support role, preferably within e‑commerce or the health‑and‑wellness sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and achieving high satisfaction scores.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; a clear, friendly tone is essential.
  • Strong phone etiquette, active‑listening abilities, and the capacity to de‑escalate tense situations.
  • Proficiency with help‑desk platforms (experience with Gorgias or similar tools is a must).
  • Hands‑on experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule based on peak periods, product launches, or promotional events.

  • Passion for fitness, nutrition, or an active lifestyle; personal experience with pre‑workout supplements is a plus.
