Position Overview

This is a full‑time, remote position with a standard Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) and a 40‑hour work week. You will operate from the comfort of your home office, leveraging arenaflex’s industry‑leading service management platform (formerly known as ServiceTitan) to coordinate dispatch, invoicing, and communication between customers and our skilled field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Appointment Booking: Transform inbound leads generated from online campaigns (Google, Yelp, and other digital sources) into confirmed service appointments using persuasive, empathetic communication in both English and Spanish.

  • Dispatch Coordination: Utilize arenaflex’s dispatch software to match the right plumber with the right job, taking into account technician expertise, geographic proximity, and customer urgency.

  • Invoice Processing & Billing Accuracy: Generate, review, and finalize invoices within the arenaflex platform, ensuring all charges are correct, timely, and clearly communicated to the customer.

  • Customer Journey Management: Maintain proactive, transparent communication with homeowners from the initial call through job completion, providing updates, answering questions, and confirming satisfaction.

  • Service Expertise: Support a wide range of plumbing services, including but not limited to:

    • Emergency drain cleaning

    • Faucet installation and repair

    • Water heater replacement and maintenance

    • Whole‑home water line re‑piping projects

  • Administrative Excellence: Perform CRM data entry, service coordination, and follow‑up tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all records are up‑to‑date and accurate.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business, referrals, and positive online reviews that enhance arenaflex’s brand reputation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with clear, professional pronunciation and minimal accent in English.
