Essential Qualifications

  • Friendly, patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills (minimum 70 wpm) and strong written communication.
  • Tech‑savvy mindset; comfortable navigating web‑based tools, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems.
