Key Responsibilities

Location & Working Model

This is a remote‑first position. Candidates based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Serbia, or Romania are encouraged to apply. Essential Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably within the financial services sector, with a proven analytical foundation.
• Demonstrated expertise in banking operations, including a solid understanding of banking business models, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics.
• Strong affinity for technology—comfort working with digital tools, data platforms, and transformation ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience in both strategic change initiatives and operational finance & risk environments such as controlling, data & analytics, reporting, and planning.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end transformation programs, including process redesign, operating model definition, and system implementation.
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
