Key Responsibilities

Sales Development (50% of role)

  • Answer inbound sales calls, actively listen to prospects, and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Initiate outbound prospecting campaigns—cold calls, warm calls, and email outreach—to introduce arenaflex’s HVAC solutions.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by nurturing relationships through timely follow‑ups, personalized messaging, and strategic touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to hand off qualified opportunities for deeper engagement and closing.
  • Document every interaction, appointment, and outcome in the CRM system with precision, ensuring data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
  • Utilize provided scripts as a foundation, while adapting language to match each prospect’s unique needs and objections.
  • Provide regular feedback on script performance, suggesting improvements that enhance conversion rates.

Customer Support & Dispatch (50% of role)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for private homeowners calling about HVAC service, installation, or repair needs.
  • Qualify service requests, schedule appointments, and dispatch qualified technicians in a manner that maximizes route efficiency and minimizes customer wait times.
  • Manage emergency dispatch scenarios, dynamically reallocating resources to address urgent issues while maintaining overall schedule balance.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned and met.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, capturing customer interactions, work orders, and outcomes for quality assurance and future training.
  • Support management with data entry, generate performance reports, and adhere to compliance standards for documentation.
  • Participate in cross‑departmental initiatives to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in telesales, inbound/outbound call handling, or a customer‑service role with a strong sales focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a track record of converting leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive, clear, and professional tone.
  • Comfortable making cold calls, handling objections, and persisting through rejection without losing motivation.
  • Strong organizational abilities—capable of juggling multiple calls, appointments, and dispatch tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with basic office productivity tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior exposure to the HVAC industry, including knowledge of equipment, service cycles, and typical customer concerns.
  • Experience with dispatch software or routing tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber) is highly desirable.
