Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Conduct targeted sales activities—including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and virtual outreach—to generate qualified leads for portfolio companies operating in digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and other emerging sectors.
  • Independent Project Management: Operate with minimal supervision, setting daily priorities, tracking progress, and delivering high‑quality sales deliverables on time.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with serial entrepreneurs, senior executives, and expert investors to refine go‑to‑market strategies, align messaging, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • CRM & Data Stewardship: Enhance arenaflex’s customer relationship management (CRM) system by maintaining accurate records, updating pipeline data, and ensuring that insights are readily available for strategic decision‑making.
  • Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary conduit between senior leadership and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong, trust‑based relationships.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion metrics, and client feedback, providing actionable recommendations to improve future outreach efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to position arenaflex’s portfolio companies as market leaders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English—both written and verbal—is mandatory.
  • Time‑Zone Flexibility: Ability to work aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time (ET) zone; prior experience collaborating across this time zone is a strong advantage.
  • Proven Sales Experience: 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in sales, business development, or customer success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business fundamentals, market dynamics, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Adobe tools, and modern CRM platforms.
  • Global Team Experience: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, respecting cultural differences and varying work schedules.
