Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with branch teammates, managers, and support departments to deliver seamless service and resolve complex issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple banking platforms, proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook), and adept at using smartphones and digital communication tools.
  • Core Skills: Strong math abilities, 10‑key entry, and accurate keyboarding.
