Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Performance Tracking: Oversee daily operations of a dedicated VIP support team (minimum 10 members), set clear performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds service level agreements.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Design, refine, and enforce robust SOPs, escalation pathways, and quality‑control mechanisms that enable swift, accurate, and courteous handling of high‑value client inquiries.
  • Product Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Maintain deep familiarity with arenaflex’s product suite, competitive offerings, and market trends. Relay actionable insights to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of the VIP user experience.
  • Talent Development & Coaching: Conduct regular training sessions, one‑on‑one coaching, and performance reviews to elevate the skill set of each team member, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with compliance, risk, finance, and marketing departments to coordinate seamless service delivery, resolve complex issues, and launch targeted VIP initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a customer‑service team of at least 10 members, preferably within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious performance targets while maintaining high service quality.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and a “lead‑by‑example” mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese) – essential for direct communication with our Mandarin‑speaking VIP clientele.
